Family & Couples Mediation

Finding clarity and workable agreements — without escalating conflict

Mediation provides a structured and respectful framework for families and couples who are facing difficult decisions, ongoing conflict, or separation. The focus is on communication, cooperation, and child-centered solutions, rather than on blame or legal confrontation.

I support mediation processes particularly around separation and divorce, co-parenting and shared parenting arrangements, contact schedules, holidays and special occasions, communication breakdowns between parents, and rebuilding a functional working relationship as parents.

As a neutral facilitator with a systemic and trauma-informed background, I help all parties express their perspectives, needs, and concerns in a way that feels safe and contained. The aim is to reach clear, realistic agreements that reduce conflict and allow families — especially children — to move forward with greater stability.

Mediation is often experienced as less overwhelming, more humane, and more empowering than adversarial processes. It allows families to stay in control of their decisions while protecting long-term relationships.
